Shipping Timeframes: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays caused by external factors.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your shipping address. We offer flat-rate shipping for orders over $50.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the Singapore.

At JerseyBoyz, we strive to provide you with products and services that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product altogether, please contact our customer service team. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges Policy
At JerseyBoyz, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team at Admin@Jerseyboyz.com or +65 9888 6754 to request a cancellation.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, we regret that we won't be able to cancel it. In such cases, please follow our return process.
- You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- To start the return process, contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
- Like returns, exchanges must also be requested within 2 days of receiving the item.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending back the original item for exchange. We will cover the shipping costs of sending the replacement item to you.
