Shipping Policy
Seller guarantees that the product is in good condition and checked prior to shipment.
Local shipment via normal postal service is at the buyer's risk therefore buyer can opt to pay more for registered parcel.
For self-collection, buyer needs to bring along proof of identity and sales invoice.
Refund Policy
No refund will be entertained once payment is made unless vendor is unable to deiver the product for any reason. Kindly refer to the exchange policy for more detail.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy: Once payment has been made, no cancellation is allowed for local sales by the buyer. MGR retain the right to cancel the order if it determines that the sale is not in accordance with MGR policy.
Return/Exchange Policy: Product must be returned in original packaging if it is found not to be in working order when received. If any physical damage is found kindly take a picture and send to seller/vendor. Depending on severity, vendor may choose to send a replacement. Replacement shipment cost is payable by either the seller or the buyer, depending on the reason for the return.
