Delivery Lead Times: After you place an order on our website, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Our Courier delivery hours are between Mon – Sat 9am to 9pm for Residential and Mon – Fri 9am to 6pm for Commercial. (No deliveries on Sunday & Public Holidays)  During sale periods, please expect a slight delay in our delivery times due to the high volume of orders. We do not offer express shipping and we do not ship outside of Singapore.   Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of order placed.  Please verify the shipping address to ensure that you have provided the correct address prior to placing your order. If an item is returned to us by the carrier for any reason other than our error, the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both directions. If shipment is stolen or damaged due to delivery, please report the incident to us and provide the order number for resolution.

No returns or exchange will be entertained due to the food nature of the product. However, in the event of defective products, kindly email us at ANYTHING CHOCOLATE EMAIL to resolve the issue. We take product quality very seriously.  KIndly attach pictures so that we may  assess the defective product.
