Shipping Policy
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. A second email will be sent to you once the order has been fulfilled and shipped out. You may check the status of your order online anytime in your account profile page if you have registered as a customer. We deliver within Singapore only and are unable to deliver to any overseas destinations. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for an order to be ready for delivery or self-collection.
Refund Policy
All items paid is non-refundable. However, exchange of the product can be arranged for the following reasons:
- If the product is obviously expired / damaged at the time of delivery.
- If the product is expired / damaged inside packaging after delivery; and you contact customer service within three (3) working days.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
Cancellation of order is not allowed once a confirmation of order is issued. All items paid is non-refundable. You shall examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages.
