Shipping Policy
Sparkle Shine aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout. Under normal circumstances, you will be able to receive your purchase within 3 weeks. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for some circumstances. where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or when bespoke items need to be adjusted. For local shipping, any order above $300 will be entitled to FREE SHIPPING. For orders below $300, a shopping fee of $13 will be added when checking out. Total amount may be subjected to changes of GST hike from 2024. For international orders, all orders are shipped out of Singapore and could incur charges due to local duties and taxes. Sparkle Shine is not responsible for any additional fees, restricted items or delay in delivery due to these circumstances. If you have any queries or concerns about this please check your local customs policy. There is no express shipping. *We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver once parcel clear Singapore customs. Please contact the courier respectively. If you have placed an order and it has not arrived yet, please email us at shipping@sparkleshine.com.sg and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
If the product received is found to be defective at the time of delivery or the product has not been delivered, kindly reach out to shipping@sparkleshine.com.sg for assistance. Upon confirmation of refund, you will be offered in-store credits of the refunded order, which may be used to purchase another product of your liking of similar price range.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
Return policy: We accept returns within 7 days of purchase or receiving your orders for a cash refund via the original mode of payment. If you made your purchase in-store, returns must be made at the original store of purchase within 7 days. Returns via store credit can be made within 14 days of purchase or receipt. Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. International sale: Ship back within the first 14 working days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required upon return of product (ie. Receipt, e-receipt, order number). Additional fees may apply, refunds and exchange will be issued via in-store credit. Customers will pay for any charges if incurred during return shipping. Return stamps will be provided in the shipping process. Returned items may be subjected to approval if the product is found to be defected when returned to us. Cancellation policy: Order can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched, we make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. In case of cancellation pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 2% will be levied and balance 98% will be refunded back to the account. We don’t accept cancellation for bespoke jewellery products.
