Shipping Policy
- During checkout, we'll provide an estimated delivery date. We'll also include that date in your order confirmation email.
- Express delivery takes 1-2 working days.
- Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days.
- Deliveries can be tracked via your order number when the order has been confirmed.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are available for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Do provide a photo of the product upon receipt for proof of defect.
- Proof of purchase is required upon return of product, it will take about 7 working days to process the refund via bank transfer.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Cancellations - You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer support team. After the specified time frame, cancellation requests may not be accepted as the order may have already been processed for shipment. If the cancellation is approved, we will provide store credits to your account within 7 business days.
- Returns -Purchases can be returned within 3 days (some exceptions apply). To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unwashed with the complete accessories included, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right not to agree to the return. For all returns, we will provide store credits within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Exchange -You can exchange your purchase by just giving us a call and we'll make it happen. Whether you want a different size, color, or even a different style altogether, we’ve got you covered. Item must be unworn, unwashed with the complete accessories included, and in the original packaging.
